· 基于结构质谱和多组学,发现并阐明重要膜蛋白受体内源性配体及调控机理。
· 基于蛋白质质谱,研究疾病相关翻译后修饰对蛋白复合物的动态调控。
· 开发适用于检测单细胞膜蛋白复合物及其信号通路调控的高分辨率质谱新方法。
